Gino's Pizza Days

Gino's Pizza Days are every other Thursday throughout the school year, with a couple of instances that are different due to holidays as well as extra days added to ensure all of our classes receive a share of the monies raised. Please see the table below for all the 2022-23 school year dates.

All of our pizza day ordering and payments are done via School Cash Online in ADVANCE of each pizza day. Orders can be placed starting on the Friday right AFTER the previous pizza day, for the next upcoming pizza day, and are available/visible in the system until the Wednesday morning at 9:00 am, the day BEFORE, at which time the shopping window will close and will no longer be visible. This allows us to work with our vendor and give them enough time to prepare our orders. 

The number of pizzas ordered are based on the number of slices that are pre-purchased and rounded up to complete a full pizza. This means there is extremely limited extra slices on pizza day. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Parents are strongly encouraged to include a lunch for students if an advance order was not placed before the shopping window closed. We can not guarantee there will be any slices available for purchase on the Thursday.

SchoolCash Online (https://bhncdsb.schoolcashonline.com) is the system our School Board uses for all payments to schools for things such as pizza days, milk, fundraisers and other events like Christmas Lunch, Field Trips etc.  Below this article is a flyer that explains how to set up an SchoolCash Online account for the student(s) in your family.

Parents will need to set up a profile via https://bhncdsb.schoolcashonline.com, and will need the following student information to do this:

- Student Name
- Student Number
- Date of Birth
